THE ASK

Mount Cregan approached us with their client’s clear vison for the conference, and our goal was to help them bring that vision to life. The theme of the conference was “Connect & Grow,” and Mount Cregan wanted to create an atmosphere that fostered growth by immersing attendees in nature through a mix of bright colors, natural materials, such as live greenery and technology thanks to graphics representing local flora. Ballroom C-D, with its large windows and abundance of natural light, provided the perfect setting for this vision.

Proshow’s responsibilities also extended to the distribution and support of content across 18 breakout rooms, a plenary room and sub-plenaries. This involved ensuring seamless delivery of presentations, videos, and other media across all event spaces, as well as providing technical support to presenters and attendees to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.

THE SOLUTION

With the amount of natural light flooding into the ballroom, Mount Cregan were right to select LED walls, over video projection, as those would allow for more versatility and maintained brightness in a well-lit ballroom. Two main 6m x 11m walls would be flanking the stage and be used for graphics and keynote presentations, while another two 4m x 4m LED walls, placed outside the main walls, would display IMAG and holding slides. The four screens became the standout feature of the event, enhancing the visual appeal of the show while contributing to the achievement of the client’s goal. The impressive setup, ensured seamless visibility of panelists and content. The wood frame surrounding each LED wall, giving the setup an even more cohesive and polished look, and adding the nature touch our client wanted to feel.

The sub-plenary room mirrored this approach with two flown LED walls, while other breakout rooms were equipped with large LCD monitors, fostering intimate spaces conducive to focused and engaging discussions.

Throughout the event, our Speaker Ready Room team played a crucial role in collecting, reviewing, and distributing presentations to their assigned room via a local network. Located near the main event space, the speaker ready room was a dedicated area where presenters could prepare for their sessions, practice their presentations, and receive support from our team to ensure a smooth performance, contributing to the overall success of the event.
